Hueytown High School Scholar's Bowl
This is the Hueytown High part of a group of students, that debates
topics of scholastic interest.The Hueytown High School Scholars Bowl team placed second agains JCIB in the 2007 Jefferson County Tournament.
In a Scholar's Bowl competition two teams compete
against
each other. They are given questions out of various
topics and whatever team
answers the question first, gets the point.
They answer questions out of these topics:

| Mythology |
| Political science |
| Social studies |
| Literature and arts |
They compete in other locations such as:

| McAdory HS |
| Minor HS |

Pleasant Grove |
Members of the Scholar's Bowl usually gather every Tuesday
from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
